One of India’s leading manufacturer, supplier and exporter of aroma and fragrance chemicals and a globally trusted partner and a preferred supplier of bulk aroma chemicals. The company has a range of over 50 products today, having a capacity of over 31,000 tons per annum.

Diagnostic study revealed:

•                  Need for a Review of Organization Structure due to overlaps in roles, dual reporting, lack of    clear lines of command and authority etc. 

•        Creation of HR Policies, Processes and Systems for upgrading efficiency and building    consistency in employees conducting respective roles.

•        Need for expanding pool of experienced leaders and preparing for expansion as well    as Preparation of a Succession Plan. 

•              Need for renewal of organizational Morale through Leadership Development Initiatives combined with Motivational Intervention.
